The self-powered RS3 model with the Go Console doesn’t require cords or outlets so you can place it anywhere in your home. The Go Console has an extremely intuitive interface with the essential workout programs you need to maintain an effective fitness program from the comfort of your home. The contact heart rate sensors and wireless telemetry provides convenient heart rate monitoring and heart rate-controlled workouts. There are 13 motivating workouts available including three classic, two advanced, three goal-based and five HeartSync heart rate-controlled workouts. You can create two customized user profiles for quicker set-up and save one custom workout per profile. The Track+ console is compatible with Android™ and Apple® devices to interact with apps for an entertaining and engaging experience. The TRACK+ Console has 14 workout programs and unlimited custom workouts through LFconnect.com.
