The back can be adjusted to multiple positions so it aligns with your body, providing perfect posture for all your exercise routines.
You can lock your legs in the Leg Holders that are fitted with extra large pads for added comfort and stability so you can perform all your abdominal exercises or to provide you with a decline bench for use during barbell or dumbbell exercises.
Fitted with transport wheels so you can easily move the bench around the room or in and out of any squat rack.
You can also add the IFLEGEX – Leg Extension and Hamstring Curl & IFARM – Preacher Curl Attachment for a wider variety of exercises.
