With a heart rate controlled workout, you can remain in your ideal pulse zone or opt for one of the pre-installed training programs, including five weight loss programs, five Healthy Living programs, and seven sports training programs. No matter what your goals are, there’s something for everybody. Even if you can’t find a pre-programmed training program, you can always create your own with the manual programs.
